In the case of any problems with your order or the print is damaged, please email ~ saskialstudio@gmail.com and we will sort it out ASAP.

Orders will be sent out quickly but in the case the artwork print is out of stock:

In stock prints will be posted in 2-5 days (first class). Prints per order - 5-10 days (depending on how the long the printers take apologies!) - We will email you letting you know if this the case.
If you’d like a personalised message/note card send us a message and it can be added to the order .

Commissions and custom orders will be discussed in more detail with the client re: timings but please do allow 2 -3 weeks depending on the detail and /or quantity.
